Xin Tian Di
新天地
Xin Tian Di, literally ‘New Heaven Earth’, is a development of restored low-rise houses (‘Shikumen’ or ‘stone-gate’ buildings) in the town centre. The restored buildings, together with new inserts and built works, perfectly symbolise the new and dynamic Shanghai that has emerged from its days under Communist rule. The blend of historic and modern architecture represents a newfound sense of consumer-based confidence.
The dialogue between the historic remains and the recent intervention introduces a new experience which speaks of both nostalgia and excitement. The comprehensive entertainment hub targets residents and visitors, featuring a myriad specialty F&B, retail, entertainment, recreational and commercial facilities.

位于上海市中心的新天地由一系列经过翻新修复的低层历史建筑——石库门所组成，它们加上新的建筑和建设，完美地象征着现代上海活力四射的新风貌。历史和现代建筑的融会交错，代表着发展商对消费业所建立的一股前所未有的信心。
历史遗迹和新加入的建筑之间的对比和交流，散发出一种新旧交融的创新体验。这个综合娱乐中心的目标群众为市民和游客，提供数之不尽的特色餐饮、零售、娱乐、休闲和商业设施。
