Associate Director – Operations

As Associate Director - Operations, you shall be responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the company including those related to Administration, Human Resources, Project operations, and financial accounting and planning. In this position, you shall collaborate with the Directors and principals of the company to prepare and monitor closely project wise man power deployment, adjustment and re-allocation of manpower as per team workload, manage the HR team to ensure expeditious action on all HR related functions. Further, you shall work closely with the accounts team and company directors and principals to forecast and monitor the project billings and ensure timely collections of all invoices. You shall also be responsible for working with the senior management and for setting growth targets for the company and forecasting the revenue and P&L for the company year on year. You shall monitor, implement, evolve and ensure compliance to all company SOP’s across various functions. You shall also be responsible for motivating the team and ensuring that the company takes up professional development and team building activities on a regular basis. You shall also actively support and work with the Business Development team to achieve targets and forecast pipeline.

CONTRACT: Full time
LOCATION: Singapore

  • 12+ Years’ experience in a similar role with Architecture and Interior Design firms.
  • Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree in related design field.
  • Hands on experience of having designed and executed projects from concept to completion.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, Planning, organisational, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrate the desire and ability to mentor and motivate staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite
  • Understanding of project scheduling and budgeting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
